Martinez contractors have taken on small and big projects for my parents and myself. From hardwood floors to fences to bathrooms and kitchens. The most recent project was a gut and Reno of my home. As usual Julio create a warm environment from start to finish. He is always open to ideas and like no other contractor and will come up with some of his own in the middle of projects. He does not just say gotta get them job done this is what you asked for. He may be the only contractor that shows up early and cleans up everyday. He is neat and meticulous. It is always great to have someone you can trust working on your home. He did an excellent job on my house a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home and created the open concept on my first floor that I wanted. Julio and his crew take great pride in their work and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Julio and the Martinez Contractors Team are hardworking, professional, and deliver fantastic results. My husband and I had contracted Julio a few years prior to paint our living room and dining room. This year, we needed to update and renovate different parts of the house and we knew Julio would be perfect for the job; he is truly talented in his craft and was able to skillfully and efficiently transfer our ideas into reality. Julio did a bathroom renovation, restructured our living room— taking down walls and adding new closets—cement work on our front steps, and electric work with our outdoor lights. Plus, after all the construction work was done, Julio did an impeccable job painting our kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom.
Throughout the process, we realized there were a few additional projects we were hoping to complete and asked Julio if it would be possible to schedule them in. He graciously accommodated his schedule in order to see those projects to completion. In addition, Julio was very responsive with his communication. Whether through phone call or email, he always responded promptly and we appreciated his attentiveness.
Apart from their beautiful work, Julio and his team are polite and friendly and overall the experience working with them was excellent. They always arrived on time, set up neatly and cleaned up the work space every day, and did an immaculate cleaning job at the end of the project. My husband and I are thrilled with the work Julio and his team did and we are happily enjoying the renovations to our home. The team did fantastic work and were always available when we needed them. During the construction they were clean and attentive and their attention to detail is amazing. They took down almost our entire house to the studs and made it new again. With their input and design we were able to remodel our home exactly how we wanted to and the job was done with the upmost precision. My parents have been working with Martinez Contractors for nearly a decade for various renovations and repairs in their 6-unit apartment building. This spring, I wanted to surprise my father with a bathroom renovation while he was visiting family overseas for a few weeks. Initially, I had no idea if I would be able to pull off the plan. I had to orchestrate the renovation remotely from Boston, mostly via email, in a very limited time frame. Although I had never met Julio before this renovation, I was familiar with and trusted the high quality of his work and reasonable prices. I had put a lot of faith into Julio and his team to bring my vision to life and they definitely delivered. Although Julio’s schedule was booked when I initially contacted him, he made time for my project. He accommodated my short lead time, rapid turnaround time, and various design choices. He and his assistant gutted the bathroom and rebuilt it in less than 10 days. He was always very responsive and answered all my questions promptly. You can tell that Julio is extremely passionate about his work and is detail oriented and delivers the highest quality.
